ISH Leaders at Nordic Network Conference

The International School of Hellerup is proud to be part of the Nordic Network of International Schools, a collaborative network that serves international schools in the Nordic and Baltic regions. The network seeks to enhance communication and collaboration between its participants to improve student learning through best practices in international education.

Our Head of School, Elmiye Kolukisa, and Head of Student Life, Chiara Giani, serve on the Nordic Network's Board and have been participating in the 2025 Nordic Network AGM & Leadership Conference in Tallinn, which concludes today, together with our Primary School Principal, Joanna Christoffersen and Early Years Leader, Lindsey Stender.

The conference theme, 'Motivational Archetypes: Learn about your own, your employees, and students' motivational archetypes', has explored how different individuals are motivated in educational settings. Keynote speaker Henrik Schmidt, Leadership Development Specialist at Navonesis, has guided participants through understanding the four motivational archetypes that can transform how we approach leadership in international education.
