Psychology Students Experience VR Research at Copenhagen University

Our DP2 Psychology students recently had an exciting opportunity to visit the Virtual Learning Lab at Copenhagen University, where they explored the intersection of psychology, technology, and education. Through participation in a VR-based pilot study, students experienced firsthand how immersive technology research is conducted in academic settings. They engaged as participants in an experiment investigating the relationship between virtual reality, learning and cognitive development.

Beyond participating, students engaged in insightful discussions with researchers about their work and provided valuable feedback that will help the researchers fine-tune their experiments.

This visit allowed students to bridge theory with practice, gaining a deeper appreciation for how psychological research is conducted in real-world settings and its potential applications in educational technology.
