Quarantine Policy

In order to safeguard the ISH community and prevent the spread of COVID-19, it is essential that all students, parents and staff members, as well as visitors, respect our quarantine policy, which is based on the guidelines from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in Denmark.

Students at ISH who return to or enter Denmark must self-isolate for 10 days before returning to school. Students may return to school earlier upon receipt of a negative result from a PCR test taken no earlier than on the fourth day after entry.

Please note Danish citizens or foreigners residing in Denmark who return to or enter Denmark, are also advised to immediately take a rapid test upon arrival in Denmark at one of the free rapid test facilities available upon entry. Children under and up to 12 years old are exempt from this advice.

Travellers must follow the authorities’ recommendations on behaviour to prevent the spread of infection. This includes using face masks in public transport and the recommendations on physical distancing, hygiene, etc.
