High School
Our academic programmes in high school serve as outstanding preparation for university and higher education. Our students learn in a caring and supportive environment with a focus on developing students intellectually, emotionally, physically and socially.
IB MYP 5
Students in grade 10 complete the last year of the IB Middle Years Programme, IB MYP 5. MYP 5 is equivalent to the Danish 1g, the final year of the British GCSE/IGCSE and what some schools call Pre-IB.
The MYP is a broad and rigorous curriculum framework, focusing on contextual, conceptual and inquiry-based learning. It encourages students to become creative, critical and reflective thinkers, and to make practical connections between their studies in traditional subjects and the world around them.
IB Diploma Programme
Students in grades 11 & 12 take the IB Diploma Programme, a comprehensive two-year course of study that leads to the award of an IB Diploma. It is an academically challenging and balanced programme of education that is respected by leading universities around the world. The aim of the DP is to develop self-motivated, life-long learners who are internationally minded and who care about our world, its cultures and its communities.
